Alfa Air provided a exceptional quoting, installation and handover experience. Of the three quotes I received for a ducted a/c replacement of an existing split system, they were the most competitive and included features that others did not include or even think to ask if I needed. The installation team were friendly, on-time, efficient and left nothing behind even vacuuming the floor in every part of the house where they installed ducts. Handover included a thorough explanation of the zone system and patient answering of my numerous questions.

Alfa were very quick to respond and as we were nearing the Xmas close down period, we were grateful a technician could come out to diagnose the problem with our air conditioning system. The technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. The next week another technician came to repair the system and again, knew what he was doing and fixed the system (just in time for the Summer heat!). The cost was very reasonable so we highly recommend this company and their services. We are very happy customers!!

I shopped around quite a bit and Alfa were not only the friendliest and quickest to respond but also the best value. Had our system installed on Monday and the service was excellent, they were fast and very professional. The guys were always happy to answer my questions all along the process and gave great advice re selling our old units! The whole company obviously runs like a well-oiled machine. Highly recommend!
